Customer Care Consultants – Multiple Positions Join us as we work to make Tasmania the healthiest island on the planet Imagine a health insurer doing more for Tasmanians. The Role We are looking for charismatic and energetic individuals to join our Customer Care team, with multiple positions available in our Launceston Customer Care Centre. You will be a team player and superior communicator who is friendly, ambitious, and able to clearly articulate our mission, products and services to members and customers. These roles will involve providing high‑quality customer services to our members and customers across the full range of our Private Health Insurance products, building positive relationships and providing meaningful assistance to members.
