Maintain the Stakeholder Management Plan with strong governance and performance measures. Provide expert advice to embed compliance and continuous improvement. What we are looking for: Degree level qualifications in the field of communications, marketing, media or community engagement, or demonstrated relevant industry experience in a similar position. Extensive experience in community engagement practices, events, marketing and promotional activities. Experience in a similar position in local government or multi-disciplinary environment with a proven ability to advise management and stakeholders on strategic engagement direction, emerging issues, and risk mitigation. Exceptional leadership, negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to motivate, challenge and engage stakeholders and teams, internally and externally. Demonstrated leadership, judgement, and initiative in managing people and priorities under limited direction. Current Qld driver’s licence and current holder of Qld Positive Notice Blue Card – Working with Children Check or ability to obtain.
