Your part in the BlueCare Network We are seeking a Community Engagement Lead to be based in Cairns. Reporting to the Network Manager in that region the role is responsible for identifying and leading the pursuit of strategically aligned new community business opportunities and driving growth strategies across the Network whilst maintaining a strong connection and network of internal and external stakeholders. This role is accountable for coordinating stakeholder communication, collaboration and engagement ensuring optimal profiling of BlueCare within the communities we serve. The Community Engagement Lead is responsible for establishing, monitoring and maintaining constructive relationships with partner organisations, community groups and aligned entities, providing skilled public representation that builds BlueCare's community profile. This role facilitates constructive stakeholder engagement, resourcing local BlueCare operations with meaningful connections and processes that maintain effective established links. Additionally you will also possess the following skills and experience.
