The Transactions Support team are part of the wider Finance Team, who provide financial services and compliance support across our Support Office and Specsavers Stores. Reporting to the Senior Transactional Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments. Your responsibilities will also include managing vendor reconciliations, processing expense claims, weekly payment runs, month‑end reporting, and resolving invoice queries. This is a hands‑on role that requires attention to detail, efficiency, and strong communication skills. When not working from an alternate location, the Transactional Officer will be based at our support office in Port Melbourne.
