Business Development Representative | Melbourne Woods & Co have partnered with an Australian-owned transport and logistics company that’s been delivering excellence since 1987. We’re seeking an ambitious and driven Business Development Representative to help grow their client base and strengthen market presence across Australia. This is a hands‑on, results‑driven role suited to someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving business growth in a fast‑paced logistics environment. What's in it for you? $90,000 - $100,000 + Super + Uncapped Commission + E-tag Uncapped Commission Structure Selling Domestic Interstate Transport & Global Warehousing Somerton, Melbourne | Hybrid work model Custom‑made Induction Plan | Autonomous Role Fast‑paced and exciting industry What you’ll do? Develop and implement growth strategies focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients Promote logistics services, providing tailored solutions that align with clients’ objectives Prepare and manage sales contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines and laws Maintain accurate records of sales activities, revenue, and invoices Deliver excellent after‑sales support and gather feedback to strengthen relationships Build and nurture long‑term partnerships with new and existing customers What you need?
