Grade Control Drill Fitter

We are looking for an experienced Grade Control Drill Fitter to join our Mining – Drill & Blast team at our Bronzewing, WA operations. This will be ongoing, long-term project work. Both full-time and casual positions available. FIFO from Perth. Roster is a choice between 2:1 (weeks) and 2:2 (weeks) – day shift only. The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Project staff in all aspects of the daily business activities associated with the maintenance services on Site. This role would ideally suit someone who has a positive attitude towards safety, training & environment. Good communication and organisational skills, with an emphasis on teamwork. Key Responsibilities Performing scheduled drill servicing across Sandvik Leopard and DP1500i Pantera, and Epiroc D65 rigs Performing unscheduled repairs Maintaining and servicing light vehicles Technical guidance & field service support to operations personnel Training & support to other SRG employees Liaison with OEM’s & suppliers on technical issues The successful applicant will have Heavy Rigid (HR) Divers Licence Drill Fitter Trade Certificate Grade Control Experience A working knowledge of Epiroc D65 equipment Pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol assessment Desirables Refrigerant Handling Licence High Risk Work Licence - HRWL - DG (Dogman) or RB (Rigging) About Us SRG Global is a diversified industrial services company.
