Job Description Senior Business Partner Energy Trading & Risk Management (ETRM) Location : Sydney An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Senior Business Partner to lead the optimisation and delivery of Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) systems for a major player in the energy sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless trading operations from deal capture through to risk monitoring reporting and settlement. You’ll work across front middle and back‑office teams to deliver high‑impact projects and drive continuous improvement in trading systems and processes. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of end‑to‑end trading workflows and system requirements. Lead requirements gathering and project delivery across trading risk and settlement functions. Enhance risk monitoring and reporting tools to meet regulatory and business needs. Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and automation. Act as the key liaison between internal stakeholders and external ETRM vendors. What you will bring Tertiary qualifications in Business Finance Engineering IT or related fields. Strong experience in energy or financial markets. Advanced technical skills including trading systems risk tools and reporting platforms. Energy One is highly regarded. Proven track record in project management and stakeholder engagement. Deep understanding of trade lifecycle and operational processes.
