Senior Business Partner Energy Trading

Were looking for an experienced Senior Business Partner to play a key role in the development and optimisation of our Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) systems . This position is central to ensuring trading requirements are delivered seamlessly from deal capture through to risk monitoring reporting and settlement. If you have strong knowledge of energy or financial markets advanced technical capability and proven project management skills this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a high-profile role. What youll be doing End-to-end ownership of trading processes oversee system requirements from trade capture through to settlement. Requirements capture & project delivery gather and document requirements across front middle and back-office teams then deliver projects on time and to a high standard. Risk monitoring & reporting support and enhance tools to ensure compliance with regulatory and business requirements. Systems & process improvement identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency control and automation. Stakeholder engagement act as the key link between trading risk settlement IT and external ETRM providers. What were looking for Tertiary qualifications in Business Finance Engineering IT or similar. Strong experience in energy markets (preferred) or financial markets. Advanced IT skills with knowledge of trading systems risk tools and reporting platforms. Experience with Energy One ETRM is highly regarded. Demonstrated project management capability with a track record of delivering complex initiatives. Deep understanding of end-to-end trade processes.
