About the Opportunity Product Owner reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you will be the linchpin that connects customer needs, business goals, and the development team. This role demands deep expertise to directly shape ELMO’s industry‑leading HR solutions. Key Responsibilities: Own the Backlog : Manage refinement and ensure a sprint‑ready backlog, writing precise descriptions and user stories with crystal‑clear acceptance criteria. Drive Agile Delivery : Participate in all Scrum ceremonies and facilitate estimation sessions with developers as a core member of the agile team. Uncover Deep Insights : Develop profound understanding of customer and business needs, using qualitative and quantitative analysis to refine requirements and measure outcomes. Facilitate and Collaborate : Lead requirement and design discussions with Designers, Product Managers, and stakeholders across Design, Product, and Architecture. Ensure Quality & Compliance : Support developers with continuous feedback, perform acceptance and regression testing, and ensure compliance with ELMO’s information security and privacy policies. Problem Solver : Identify and proactively manage impediments, risks, and issues, performing defect triage and early diagnosis. The Essentials You’ll Bring: Ability to work in an agile team. Experience in Human Resources—critical to understanding our domain. Experience writing user stories (ideally). Strong communication and documentation skills. Strong attention to detail.
