Overview Clinical Psychologist / Senior Psychologist / Clinical Psychologist in Training — NSW Health Bring your passion for recovery-focused care to a supportive inpatient psychology team making a real difference for people with complex mental health needs. Responsibilities Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychological services to consumers within a multidisciplinary team environment. Deliver trauma-informed psychological assessment, formulation, and interventions aimed at supporting individuals’ rehabilitation and recovery-orientated goals. Provide both individual and group-based interventions within a psychiatric rehabilitation service. Participate in ongoing training and professional development, with emphasis on mental health rehabilitation. Collaborate with the Inpatient Psychology Department team and the on-site multidisciplinary team. Qualifications For Clinical Psychologists: Completion of an Australian Psychology Accreditation Council accredited postgraduate Clinical Psychology Masters or equivalent qualification of no less than two years full-time duration, displayed on the Psychology Board of Australia website. For Senior Psychologists: a minimum of one year at the 9th year of service on the general psychology pay scale, with breadth and depth of experience in psychological methods and provision of psychological services, including extensive clinical supervision.
