It exclusively provides highly specialised permanent recruitment services and high-performance coaching to geotechnical engineers, geologists and select clients across Australia and New Zealand. Our client is a well-established company that provides geotechnical consulting and other services as part of a larger group of companies operating in Queensland and across Australia. We have an opportunity for a geotechnical engineer looking for a seaside change to work from this company's office in Townsville, North Queensland. This role would be for someone looking to work in a location with a laid-back tropical lifestyle with capital city comforts. Our client would consider engineers at all levels, though at a minimum, to be considered for this position, you would need to demonstrate you have previous experience working on or running small to medium-sized ground investigations. Your experience should extend to exposure to sampling methods, drilling techniques, lab scheduling, OH&S, proposal writing, project management, ground models, and report writing of basic factual and interpretative reports.
