On-site Posted 5 days ago About the role Cadillac RV is seeking an experienced Caravan Salesperson to join our team in Epping, Victoria. This is a part-time role, offering the flexibility to balance your work and personal life. As a Caravan Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting clients in finding the perfect caravan to suit their needs. Working Saturday's 9am - 1pm is required What you'll be doing Engaging with potential customers to understand their requirements and preferences Demonstrating and showcasing our range of caravans, highlighting their features and benefits Providing knowledgeable advice and guidance to help customers make informed purchase decisions Negotiating sales prices and finalising purchase agreements Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and staying informed about industry trends Contributing to a positive and customer-focused sales environment What we're looking for Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the caravan or automotive industry Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers Excellent product knowledge and the ability to provide detailed and accurate information A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving Strong negotiation and closing skills A genuine passion for the caravan lifestyle and the ability to match customers with the right product What we offer At Cadillac RV, we are committed to providing a rewarding and supportive work environment.
