Retreat Caravans – Caravan Show Salesperson (Contract) Retreat Caravans is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Caravan Show Salesperson to join our team. This contract role involves travelling across Australia to sell our premium caravan range at caravan shows. The successful candidate will attend shows, sell to prospective clients and maintain a lead generation archive. What you'll be doing Engage with prospective customers at caravan shows and exhibitions, providing expert advice and information about our product range. Demonstrate the features and benefits of our caravans to generate sales leads and convert interested customers. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a cohesive and effective presence at all shows and events. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities. Contribute to the overall sales strategy and provide feedback to improve the customer experience. What we're looking for Proven experience in a sales or customer‑facing role, preferably within the caravan, RV or automotive industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers. Excellent product knowledge and the ability to demonstrate the features and benefits of our caravans. Highly organised and detail‑oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Enthusiasm for the caravan lifestyle and a genuine desire to help customers find their dream vehicle.
