Trade Show Salesperson - Leisure, Camping and Outdoors “Are you passionate about the caravan and camping lifestyle and have a flair for sales? Look no further than Austrack Team We're seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Trade Show Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and bring the excitement of the great outdoors to our customers Australia-wide. In this role, you'll primarily attend trade shows across the country, showcasing our range of top-quality camper trailers and hybrid campers to potential customers. We attend well over 50 trade shows per year, presenting an amazing opportunity for you to sell and earn uncapped commissions in addition to your base salary An expected OTE of 120-150k for the right candidate. When trade shows aren’t scheduled, you'll be based in one of our nationwide showrooms, where, as a sales representative, will provide exceptional customer service and industry expertise; helping customers make informed decisions about their outdoor adventures. With a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and a sound knowledge of the industry, you'll have the opportunity to help customers make informed decisions and join the ever-growing community of Austrackers. As a Salesperson, you'll be a key player in helping Austrack Campers deliver winning outcomes for everyone. You'll be the go-to person for customer enquiries, product advice, and after-sales service, all while working in a fast-paced environment with a team of like-minded individuals. To be considered, you must have a full driver's license, great communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work autonomously and unsupervised. You should also be computer literate, have experience using Microsoft and Google Suite, and be willing to be hands‑on and a team player. Excellent phone manner. Full driver’s license. High level team leadership skills. Ability to anticipate opportunities to surprise and delight Austrack customers. High-level multi-tasking skills. This role is not for the feint at heart. Work well under pressure without becoming flustered is a must. A team player who is able to work collaboratively and build effective relationships both internally and externally. Computer literacy skills required. Willing to be hands on and be an active team player. Excellent people skills. Have great attention to detail. Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised. Are looking for a long term position. Be proactive and self-motivated. Ability to tow campers and caravans. You will be expected to: Be a positive, energetic, proactive team member Report on showroom activity, such as your sales, challenges, achievements etc. Work as part of our multi‑showroom team in an incredibly fast‑paced environment – based at our Melbourne Showroom. Provide product advice about Austrack Campers range of products; assisting potential customers in making an informed decision about what product is right for them. Provide customers with first‑class sales/customer service via email, over the phone and face‑to‑face. Conduct camper trailer and hybrid caravan demonstrations and handovers. Process customer orders via our preferred accounting system – Xero. Provide post‑delivery assistance in the form of after‑sales support; following up customers via post‑handover call to enquire about their experience and to ensure utmost satisfaction levels are upheld. Work in our showroom Monday to Saturday. Prepare stock for customer delivery. Champion and represent the voice of Austrack Camper customers and ensure that as a team, this sentiment exists throughout the entire business, including all showrooms and departments. Work additional hours as reasonably required, including working at annual industry trade shows in Queensland and potentially interstate. THE REWARDS Salary + Uncapped Commissions.
