Overview ProPrompt is a Brisbane‑based AI enablement startup building a future of AI‑powered work. We specialize in custom prompt libraries, intelligent agents, and strategic AI frameworks that help global organizations turn artificial intelligence into practical results. What You Will Do As a commission‑only AI salesperson you will help organizations understand how ProPrompt’s platform, templates, and intelligent agents solve real business challenges. You will have full flexibility, as long as you deliver results. We will fully train you in all aspects of the business and how businesses are already leveraging the platform. Identify prospects across industries such as HR, recruitment, professional services, marketing, and tech. Run outreach campaigns and generate your own lead flow using email, LinkedIn, phone, and networking. Understand each client’s goals and map those to ProPrompt’s AI tools and consulting solutions. Deliver product demos, walkthroughs, and strategy conversations that highlight value and outcomes. Manage a simple sales pipeline from first contact through to close. Present enterprise subscriptions, AI agent bundles, and consulting solutions with clarity and confidence. Build long‑term relationships that lead to renewals, upgrades, and referrals. Work closely with the founder to refine messaging, uncover new markets, and improve the sales process. Meet or exceed your monthly and quarterly revenue targets. What You Will Bring We’re looking for someone who thrives in a commission‑driven environment and wants to be part of the AI transformation happening across business. Experience in sales or business development, including prospecting and closing deals. The ability to explain technology in a simple way and show clients clear business outcomes. An understanding of AI concepts or a strong willingness to learn fast. Confidence delivering demos, presentations, and value‑led sales conversations. A self‑starter mindset and the drive to work independently in a remote environment. A history of hitting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with decision‑makers. Curiosity, adaptability, and motivation to build a solid pipeline. Bonus: Experience selling SaaS, consulting, digital transformation, or HR/TA solutions. Bonus: A degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field.
