The politics in bigger companies and the slow nature of large projects has become a drag, and you want to have more of an impact on the success of the company you work for. You know your way around writing programs and project methodologies, and you genuinely enjoy the pre-construction element of projects. You may have done plenty of them as a PM and you are keen to step away from project delivery now, or you've worked purely as a specialist in the role before. Either way, we'd love to hear from you. Initially, the salary will be in the $130-$170k package range with a yearly financial appraisal and bonus, which has been paid in 9 of the last 10 years. This figure will quickly rise as you learn more skills. And what about the company? A close, friendly team of 30 with directors who are very hands‑on and really know their stuff 14 of their staff have been there 5 years+ - they stick around because they feel respected, supported, and are well‑trained Will work on projects from $250k –$15 million in commercial, education and health fit‑out sectors. Just 4 key skills or experience that you need to tick to be suitable; Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and terminology. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to tailor content for technical and non‑technical audiences. Advanced MS Office and scheduling software knowledge (MS Project, Asta, Primavera, or similar). Experience on new build or fitout projects I’m intrigued, what’s the next step?
