We are currently seeking an experienced Nurse Unit Manager to lead our Medical Oncology Ward (Ward 3A), an acute 32‑bed inpatient unit dedicated to the care of patients with complex medical oncology needs. Ward 3A provides inpatient cancer care to Adolescent and Young Adult patients as well as supports occasional inpatient care of paediatric patients. About the Role As the Nurse Unit Manager on Ward 3A, you'll play a vital leadership role within an exceptional multidisciplinary team, overseeing the delivery of top‑tier care to patients throughout their cancer journey. Strong oncology nursing knowledge, including experience in chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and radiotherapy. Minimum three years’ experience in an associate leadership or management role. Post graduate qualifications in cancer nursing or equivalent. Well‑developed communication & organisational skills.
