Key Responsibilities of the position: Empowering Leadership: Guide and support a dedicated team of educators through mentorship, professional development, and training, while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Educational Excellence: Work with our Educational Leader to contribute to the delivery of a rich, child‑centred curriculum that aligns with the EYLF and is inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, ensuring it is tailored to meet the unique needs and interests of every child. Family and Community Partnership: Build strong connections with families and the community, creating a supportive network for each child’s educational journey. Operational Excellence: Ensure the smooth day‑to‑day operations of the centre, maintaining compliance with regulations and exceeding standards. Qualifications: Bachelor or Diploma in Early Childhood Education. Proven leadership experience in an early childhood education setting.
