Scheduler - Residential Construction

At Summit Homes Group, we have an exciting opportunities for New Homes Construction Schedulers to join our growing Construction team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering beautiful, high-quality new homes by creating accurate and efficient construction schedules. You’ll coordinate materials, trades, and timelines to ensure projects run smoothly and on time. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced schedulers as well as those just starting their career in construction scheduling, with structured support and mentoring to help you grow. You’ll be working in a collaborative, supportive environment where your contributions make a real impact. Key Responsibilities Interpret working drawings, engineering plans, and contract documentation Prepare and maintain accurate construction schedules for new home projects Coordinate materials, trades, and resources to align with build timelines Collaborate with estimators, site supervisors, and procurement teams Support continuous improvement of scheduling systems and templates About You You are organised, detail-focused, and motivated to contribute to delivering outstanding homes. Whether you have several years of scheduling experience or are early in your career, you thrive on problem-solving, planning, and working in a fast-paced construction environment.
