What You’ll Do Lead and mentor the Design & Estimating team, driving innovation and technical excellence Oversee project design deliverables, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and buildability Manage team resources and workflows to deliver multiple projects on time Stay ahead of industry standards, codes, and software tools (Revit, BIM360, AutoCAD) Partner with internal stakeholders and clients to deliver practical, customer-focused solutions What You’ll Bring Significant experience in design and estimating management within building/construction Strong technical knowledge of NCC/BCA, codes of practice, and Australian Standards Proven ability to mentor, develop, and inspire high-performing teams Experience in modular building design (highly regarded) A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with exceptional organisational skills Why Join ATCO?
