Recruitment Consultant | Data & AI Talent Partner | Driving Workforce Strategy Looking to take the lead on shaping data and analytics at a large organisation? We’re seeking a Lead Data Engineer to build and optimise pipelines, streamline data delivery and help teams turn data into actionable insights. Responsibilities Develop and manage ingestion pipelines, data lake components and acquisition workflows Work with data modellers to turn business requirements into production-ready datasets Deploy data models into production using CI/CD pipelines Improve orchestration workflows across landing zones, enterprise warehouses and reporting layers Apply generative AI and NLP solutions to extract deeper insights from structured data Collaborate with data science teams to implement ML models for predictive analytics Troubleshoot data issues and ensure smooth stakeholder support Identify opportunities to automate and optimise data processes for better efficiency and scalability Maintain clear documentation including DDLs, ETL mappings, data dictionaries and change logs Support data governance to maintain high data quality and compliance Qualifications Degree in data engineering, analytics, computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience Experience with tools such as Snowflake, DBT or Airflow, and comfortable learning new platforms Strong skills in designing, testing and validating ETL and transformation routines Hands‑on experience with Data Vault 2.0 and dimensional modelling Proven track record of leading complex enterprise data or integration projects Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Information Technology Industries: Staffing and Recruiting #J-18808-Ljbffr
