What you'll do Lead and manage the Property & Fleet teams to deliver high-quality internal support services. Oversee strategic and effective management of the national property and fleet portfolio to optimise utilisation and maximise value. Manage service providers, contracts and compliance obligations across property, facilities and fleet operations. Develop and implement asset strategies, property plans, reporting, and due-diligence processes including acquisitions and divestments. What you'll bring Relevant tertiary qualifications in Property, Real Estate, Business, Commerce, Accounting or related discipline. Minimum 5 years' senior leadership experience in property/commercial portfolio management. Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management capability with proven experience leading high-performing teams. Demonstrated strategic decision-making capability with strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to provide expert advice and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience managing budgets, procurement and contract performance. Experience in fleet management and/or real estate leasing (residential and commercial). Postgraduate qualifications such as MBA or Masters in Finance. Leadership experience within corporate, M&A or property project environments. (You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate - but don't worry, we'll help guide you through this.)
