This isn’t a “run the socials” kind of role. You’ll help shape how our brand shows up online — telling compelling stories, repurposing high-impact moments into content, and partnering with our execs to build their presence as thought leaders. This is a full time remote role. Open to candidates in Australia. Responsibilities Own Go1’s organic social channels (LinkedIn, etc) — driving storytelling, resonance, and reach. Turn PR wins, podcasts, videos, and brand moments into snackable, scroll-stopping content. Support Go1 execs with content that sounds like them (but better). Find and engage influencers, creators, and community partners who align with our brand. Use AI-powered tools like ChatGPT, CapCut, Canva, Descript, and Figma to create faster, smarter, better. Track performance and use data to keep levelling up. Qualifications 2–4 years’ experience creating narrative-first content - bonus points is you've grown a B2B brand. Strong editorial instincts — you know how to turn an idea into a compelling story across formats. Comfortable writing short-form content, clipping video, and dabbling in visual design. You know (or are keen to learn) tools like Canva, CapCut, Descript, Figma, ChatGPT. A pulse on social trends, creative formats, and the evolving role of AI in content. Bonus if you’ve supported execs or helped build personal brands. You move fast, think creatively, and love trying new things. You’re a natural storyteller who also gets strategy. You like autonomy, but also love collaborating with kind, smart people. You’re flexible with time zones (we’re global — mornings are our jam).
