Senior Account Manager Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Delivery Manager (Senior Account Manager) Sydney or Melbourne We’re working with a fast‑growing digital agency that helps ambitious brands scale their ecommerce performance. They’re now looking for a Delivery Manager (Senior Account Manager) to own client relationships, manage delivery across multiple accounts, and keep projects moving from strategy to execution. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who thrives at the intersection of client management, project delivery, and digital production — someone who can keep clients confident, teams aligned, and projects running smoothly. What You’ll Be Doing Manage a portfolio of ecommerce and digital clients from handover through to delivery Lead client meetings, providing structure, clarity, and proactive communication Oversee project timelines, priorities, and delivery schedules across both retainer and project clients Work closely with the design lead and offshore development team (currently 4 hours behind AEST) to keep delivery seamless Own Jira workflows — clearing backlogs, assigning tasks, and tracking delivery progress Identify risks early, solve challenges on the fly, and maintain high standards of work quality Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve processes and client experience What You’ll Bring 4–6+ years of experience in account or delivery management within a digital or ecommerce agency Strong understanding of Shopify and digital production workflows (non‑negotiable) Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage clients confidently Experience managing offshore or remote delivery teams Skilled in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Monday Calm under pressure, detail‑oriented, and solution‑focused The right blend of “relentlessly ambitious” and “profoundly human” — a natural relationship builder who gets things done Why You’ll Love This Role Join an agency that’s growing fast with a strong technical and creative foundation Work on high‑impact ecommerce and digital transformation projects Hybrid working setup with flexibility around early starts for offshore collaboration A collaborative, values‑driven team culture that celebrates ownership and initiative #J-18808-Ljbffr
