The Project The project is in the Defence sector on sites located in regional Western Australia. The overall project is more than 2 years in duration, involving significant construction upgrades to airfield asphalt pavements and related infrastructure assets. Your opportunity We’re looking for a proactive and safety-focused professional to join our team as a Safety Advisor. In this role, you’ll provide expert guidance and support to ensure compliance and maintain a strong safety culture across the project. You’ll be confident in managing multiple priorities, conducting audits, and engaging with teams to drive best practices. This is a FIFO position on a 14 / 7 roster. Our minimum requirements for this role are : Certificate IV in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent 5 years’ experience in a similar role on Civil, E&I construction projects Sound understanding of Construction Safety legislation Demonstrable experience of Safety Management System implementation High level ability to conducting site inspections, audits and risk assessments Experience leading incident investigations and reporting highly desirable Ability to effectively prioritise and manage assigned workload Willingness to work on a 14 days on, 7 days off, Fly in Fly out roster. Ability to meet Department of Defence security clearance requirements (DCAC).
