If you thrive in a busy, community‑focused environment — we want to hear from you What You’ll Do Lead and inspire front‑of‑house teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences Manage day‑to‑day club operations including opening, closing, and compliance Ensure smooth operation of bar, gaming, and dining areas Support, coach, and develop team members Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for members and staff Handle customer feedback and resolve issues with confidence and professionalism Work closely with senior management to drive service standards and club growth What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years’ experience in a hospitality management or Customer Service Manager role. A hands‑on leader with strong communication and mentoring skills Proven ability to manage gaming, food, and beverage operations Excellent problem‑solving and customer service focus Strong knowledge of RSA/RCG compliance, TAB, Keno & loyalty systems Current RSA, RCG & ARCG Competency Cards.
