Hours & Commitment Minimum fifteen (15) hours per week. Contract: Minimum six‑month commitment. Location: Hybrid, based in Brisbane, Australia. About The THRIVE Project We are a global for‑impact organization with members in over 40 countries. Our mission is to make the world thrivable by promoting sustainability, educating communities, and advocating for a future where humanity lives in harmony with nature. We produce research, publish educational content, host webinars, and collaborate with NGOs, businesses, and individuals to advance thrivability. The Role We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic video editor who is passionate about sustainability to join our dynamic team. Your work will inspire people worldwide to create a better future. Key Responsibilities Editing animated and live‑action video content. Gathering stock footage for use in videos. Creating new video ideas. Producing engaging video content that aligns with brand guidelines. Collaborating with team members to refine concepts and receive feedback. Qualifications At least 1 year of commercial video editing experience (or equivalent). Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Media, or equivalent experience. Preferred Requirements At least 2 years in a freelance or in‑studio video editor role. Experience editing content for social media channels and/or YouTube. Fluency in English. A collaborative team‑player mindset and excellent communication and organisational skills.
