This full‑time position (Monday to Friday, 8am‑5pm) requires you to greet patients, manage appointments, and coordinate with clinical staff. Role Overview As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your Responsibilities Will Include Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check‑in procedures. Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally. Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans. Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers’ compensation and DVA. Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers. What We’re Looking For Clear verbal and written communication skills. Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow. Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.
