Project Manager - HVAC Projects ($2M-$5M) | Mid-Tier Contractor with Top Reputation Location: Sydney, NSW The Company Our client is a well-regarded mid-tier mechanical contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality HVAC and mechanical services across Sydney's commercial construction market. Known for their collaborative approach, technical strength, and strong relationships with Tier 2 builders, they're well positioned for continued success, with a robust pipeline of projects valued between $2 million and $5 million. The Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the mechanical delivery on commercial projects in sectors such as education, healthcare, aged care, retail, and high rise residential. You'll take full ownership from handover through to commissioning, ensuring smooth and successful outcomes across all stages of the project.
