ICT Project Manager Sydney‑Based | Permanent Full‑Time Role About the Role Outcomex is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICT Project Manager to join our Sydney‑based team. This is a full‑time, permanent position ideal for someone with strong client‑facing expertise and a proven ability to deliver medium to large‑scale ICT infrastructure projects. You'll oversee end‑to‑end project management across areas such as Unified Communications, Networking, Security, Data Centres, IoT, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. As the ICT Project Manager, you will take ownership of project delivery, aligning with business goals and strategy. Your role involves managing project risks, issues, priorities, resources, and communication to ensure seamless execution and realization of business benefits. Key Responsibilities Manage and lead medium to large‑scale, complex projects from initiation to completion. Collaborate with Clients, Executive Management, Stakeholders, Sponsors, Vendors, and teams to achieve project goals. Develop and implement detailed project plans, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are controlled. Monitor and document project actions, risks, issues, and decisions. Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and managing escalations. Provide regular updates and clear communication to all stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field (Mandatory). Certifications in Prince2, PMP, or other recognized project management methodologies (Mandatory). ITIL Certification (Mandatory). Experience & Skills A minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a Professional Services environment (Mandatory). Expertise in managing IT Build, Integration, Migration, and Transformation projects in a Waterfall environment. Proven track record in delivering complex, large‑scale, and multiyear projects. Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills, including presenting to Executive Steering Committees. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities. High attention to detail, organisation, and time management. Self‑driven, resilient, and passionate about delivering results. Demonstrated experience across a minimum of 2 ICT infrastructure domains including Unified Communications, Networking, Security, and Data Centres. Current Working with Children Check and White Card.
