We are looking for an experienced Accounts All Rounder / Bookkeeper and Office Administrator to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our store's day-to-day operations and overall performance. About the Role: Reporting directly to the Store Owner, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end bookkeeping and administration support. You’ll manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, financial reporting, and general office administration—ensuring the business runs smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes. Your Key Responsibilities: Accounts Payable & Receivable Process high volume supplier invoices and reconcile statements Follow up on overdue customer accounts Manage credit claims, rebates, and supplier/customer queries Maintain accurate subledgers and daily banking Payroll Set up new employees and process payroll Prepare & lodge PAYG, superannuation, and payroll tax Generate EOFY payroll reports and liaise with management as needed Perform month-end processes and reconciliations Prepare P&L and balance sheet reports Prepare BAS reconciliations Office Administration Maintain employee files and office supplies Manage correspondence, filing, and assist with meetings Support OH&S compliance and reporting About You: ✅ Minimum 5 years’ experience in bookkeeping and office admin ✅ Cert III or higher in Bookkeeping (or equivalent) ✅ Confident using Microsoft Office and accounting software (Pronto desirable) ✅ Accurate, organised and able to meet deadlines ✅ Great communication skills and a proactive attitude ✅ High level of discretion and professionalism Why You’ll Love Working With Us: Be part of a supportive and respectful team culture Enjoy variety in your role—no two days are the same Grow your career in a stable and established business Make a meaningful contribution to a busy retail operation Ready to Apply?
