We're partnering with a well-respected Not-for-Profit organisation to recruit a part-time HR Officer to support their People & Culture team whilst they navigate a team restructure. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, structure, and making a meaningful impact in a purpose‑driven environment. Location: East Perth Working hours: Monday – Wednesday Pay rate: $48ph – 50ph + Super Duration: approx. 2 months with potential to extend What You'll Be Doing: Assisting with the preparation and coordination of employment contracts and documentation Maintaining and updating personnel files and HR records Managing the HR inbox and responding to employee queries Coordinating inductions, onboarding, and training bookings in collaboration with the L&D team Supporting the smooth running of the HRIS and ensuring data accuracy What We're Looking For: Previous experience in an HR or People & Culture support role Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Confident using HR systems and MS Office A proactive and approachable attitude, with excellent communication skills Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships while maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Professional presentation and demeanor, with discretion and sound judgment in all matters. Compassionate and empathetic, with an understanding of sensitive working environments. Must hold or be willing to obtain a current National Police Clearance (within the last 3 months).
