About Birdie Birdie Restaurant provides the community with a fresh, modern, and family‑friendly space to connect over coffee, drinks, lunch, and dinner. With a half‑million‑dollar nature kids play area, a focus on locally sourced produce, and a licensed area of 250 people, Birdie has quickly become the family place to be on weekends in Port Kennedy. Since opening in 2021, the venue has shown continuous growth and is planning a wedding pavilion to extend its offerings. Who are we? The Role Ideally you possess spunk, have exceptional communication skills, meet all our values, and have flexible working hours availability. You will hit the ground running and be prepared to roll up your sleeves to help us. Key responsibilities include: Front‑of‑house service – bistro, bar, barista Ensure the delivery of customer service standards and hold staff accountable for service quality Support stock control, management, and ordering Support day‑to‑day staff management, including supervision, support, training, and mentoring Assist in financial and operational reporting and management Maintain workplace health & safety, stringent food‑hygiene standards, and responsible service of alcohol About You 2+ years’ experience in a similar full‑time role Excellent communication, time‑management, and multi‑tasking skills Vibrant and positive energy Current approved Manager and RSA (WA) qualifications Current National Police check, First aid certificate, and driver’s licence Benefits Free onsite parking & meals Free golf and gym membership across our managed sites – fair use applies Great workplace culture that aligns with our values Opportunity for growth and involvement in significant projects for the business How to Apply Your application will include responses to the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
