Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve working collaboratively with various teams to ensure that change initiatives are delivered smoothly and effectively. You will engage with stakeholders from different areas of the business, helping them navigate complex changes while maintaining compliance with strict regulatory standards. Your efforts will be crucial in preparing teams for new ways of working, facilitating open communication channels, and ensuring that every aspect of change is documented thoroughly. Success in this role will require you to balance multiple priorities under pressure while remaining focused on delivering positive outcomes for both the organisation and its customers. Support the successful delivery of change initiatives across a large enterprise transformation platform, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Collaborate closely with stakeholders in the Collections & Hardship business space to understand their needs and facilitate effective change adoption. Operate within a highly APRA-regulated environment, maintaining rigorous standards for risk management, controls, and traceability throughout all change activities. Work alongside both first and second line risk teams to identify potential risks associated with change initiatives and implement appropriate mitigation strategies. Contribute to business readiness by preparing impacted teams for upcoming changes through clear communication, training sessions, and tailored support. What you bring: Your proven track record as a Change Analyst or similar role within large-scale transformation programmes will set you up for success in this position. You bring not only technical expertise but also exceptional interpersonal skills that enable you to build trust with stakeholders across the organisation. Your familiarity with risk management frameworks—especially those relevant to APRA regulations—will allow you to navigate complex compliance requirements confidently. Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale transformation programmes within financial services or similarly regulated industries. Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholder groups to facilitate effective change adoption. Strong understanding of risk management principles, particularly within APRA-regulated environments. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage complex delivery timelines under pressure. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for documenting processes and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
