CommBox Warriewood, New South Wales, Australia Account Manager – NSW & ACT CommBox is launching a bold new sales strategy for 2026 and is looking for exceptional Account Managers to be part of this next chapter. As CommBox expands across New South Wales, this role gives you the chance to build strong relationships, grow revenue and deliver real value to customers with market‑leading LED, Interactive, and Commercial display solutions. The opportunity Own and grow a territory of partners and key accounts Help customers modernise their spaces with CommBox displays and collaboration solutions Work closely with internal product, marketing and support teams to deliver a seamless experience Play a key role in the continued growth of CommBox in the NSW market You are the face of CommBox in NSW – trusted, responsive and focused on long‑term relationships. Responsibilities Territory & account ownership Manage and grow a portfolio of resellers, integrators and end customers across NSW Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales and margin targets Identify new business opportunities in education, corporate, government and commercial sectors Maintain a strong pipeline and accurate forecasting Relationship & partner management Build deep, long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers Support channel partners with training, demos and joint customer meetings Help partners position the CommBox value proposition and win more deals Represent CommBox at events, roadshows and partner activities in NSW Sales execution Conduct product demonstrations, presentations and workshops Respond to customer and partner enquiries promptly and professionally Prepare proposals, quotes and solution recommendations with support from pre‑sales and product teams Negotiate and close deals that deliver value for both the customer and CommBox Customer experience Ensure a smooth handover from sale to delivery and post‑sales support Gather feedback from the field to help improve products, pricing and processes Act as the voice of the customer within CommBox About you Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in AV, IT, display or technology solutions Strong territory management and account planning skills Confidence presenting to groups and running demos or workshops A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets A proactive, organised approach and strong follow‑through Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within NSW Experience working with channel partners (distributors, resellers, integrators) is highly regarded.
