ORIX is looking for a motivated and supportive Team Leader to guide our Novated Specialists and help us deliver market-leading conversion through great service, strong communication, and a genuine coaching culture. As the Team Leader, you’ll lead a team of Novated Specialists and play a key role in driving team performance, customer satisfaction and operational excellence. You’ll create an environment where your team thrives through structured coaching, clear expectations, continuous improvement, and a strong focus on collaboration across the broader business. Included In What You'll Do Lead, support and mentor a high‑performing team of Novated Specialists. Manage team KPIs, delivery targets and aftermarket performance. Build deep product knowledge within the team and support tailored, ongoing learning. Ensure every order follows the compliance checklist and meets ORIX quality standards. Partner with internal departments to streamline processes and support customer needs. Foster strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Champion ORIX’s values, culture and Code of Conduct in everything you do. Maintain audit, process and policy compliance across all activities. What You Have Experience leading a sales team in a high‑volume, technical environment. Strong understanding of Novated Leasing and the broader product offering. A track record of driving continuous improvement within complex systems. High‑level customer service focus with strong problem‑solving skills. Proven ability to influence buying decisions and support customer outcomes. A natural coach who motivates, mentors and inspires others. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and organisational ability. Confidence to analyse issues, think creatively and act decisively. Business qualifications (desirable) and solid computer literacy. At ORIX, you’ll be part of a supportive and engaged team that truly cares about delivering value for our customers.
