Role Overview As a Novated Sales Team Leader at Flare, you’ll lead a high‑performing team responsible for converting warm leads into novated lease customers. You’ll play a pivotal role in scaling our leasing operations, driving team engagement, and optimising our sales workflows. With a strong emphasis on coaching, data, and customer experience, you’ll ensure your team exceeds targets while delivering the exceptional service for which Flare is renowned. What You’ll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of novated leasing consultants to exceed performance KPIs. Monitor individual and team pipelines using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting. Provide real‑time coaching, feedback, and performance support through regular 11s and group training. Champion Flare’s high standards for customer experience, acting as an escalation point for complex queries. Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales operations, marketing, product, and support to align on goals and opportunities. Identify and implement continuous improvements in sales scripts, processes, and workflows. Contribute to hiring and onboarding new sales team members as Flare grows. What You’ll Bring Over 3 years of experience in novated leasing sales, including more than a year in a leadership or senior role. Solid understanding of salary packaging, FBT, and novated lease procedures. Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills, with a proven history of enhancing team performance. Proficient in utilising data and systems (such as Salesforce) to monitor and improve sales results. Skilled at fostering collaborative relationships across teams while practising a hands‑on leadership approach. Dedicated to providing exceptional service and simplifying intricate offerings.
