Employment Consultant – Inclusive Employment Australia As an Employment Consultant in the recently announced Inclusive Employment Australia, you’ll work closely with people with disability to connect them to sustainable employment opportunities. You will guide, support and motivate participants on their journey to employment, while developing strong relationships with employers and support organisations. Key Responsibilities Utilising a person‑centred approach to tailor services and support participants into meaningful employment. Developing positive partnerships with local employers to create meaningful employment opportunities for participants. Enhancing employability through referral to support services and training. Providing in‑employment support to sustain employment. Marketing your participants’ skills to prospective employers. Achieving programme performance and quality benchmarks. Keeping detailed, accurate records and adhering to all compliance requirements. Actively participating in the local community to promote services. Desired Attributes Passionate and motivated, with a positive attitude and strong desire to help participants succeed in employment. Relationship builders with strong customer‑service skills who can build positive relationships with participants and employers. Quality‑focused with an attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines. Problem solvers who think outside the square and develop strategies to place participants into sustainable employment.
