What we are looking for Extensive experience in account management, sale. Extensive experience in a similar industry or high transactional environment. Good negotiation and interpersonal skills, both within and outside the organisation. Excel at effective time management and working autonomously. Confident in various sales techniques: Inc. Site or office visits, cold calls & presentations. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite – Excel, Word, Power BI. As part of the role some of the key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Proactively managing and developing strong relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional customer service and maximise retention. Exploring new trade customers and projects within your assigned territory. Identifying new business opportunities by prospecting, cold‑calling, and networking to expand our client base. Preparing and presenting tailored proposals and solutions to meet the unique needs of potential clients. Utilisation of the current sale tools to maximise productivity. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to coordinate the onboarding and implementation of new client accounts. Predicting future revenue and equipment needs based on thorough project and industry research. Contribute to the development and execution of the overall sales strategy.
