Account Manager Join to apply for the Account Manager role at Data#3 . Location: Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. About the Role Join a high-performing team at Data#3, a leading IT solutions provider, where you'll help drive customer success by managing and growing IT maintenance and support contracts. Based in Brisbane with a hybrid work model (two days in-office), you'll work with major vendors and diverse clients across Australia. In this role you will: Manage and grow maintenance renewals to maximise retention and upsell opportunities. Hunt for new business opportunities. Partner with Account Executives to close new sales and expand existing contracts. Build strong relationships with customers and vendor partners to identify opportunities.> Provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs. Track, forecast, and report on sales performance against targets. About You 1–2 years of sales, customer service, or account management experience, ideally in IT. Skilled at building relationships with customers and stakeholders at all levels. Comfortable using data and Excel to analyse customer insights. Effective communicator with strong influencing and negotiation skills. Driven, professional, and eager to grow in your sales career. Team-oriented with integrity and accountability.
