The Role The Accounts Manager will play a key role in managing and coordinating all aspects of accounting and financial reporting across our group of companies. You’ll ensure the smooth operation of day‑to‑day financial activities, provide strategic insights to management, and support business growth through effective reporting and compliance oversight. Key Responsibilities Manage end‑to‑end accounts for multiple business entities under Eagleside Holdings. Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations. Prepare and analyse monthly financial reports, budgets, and cash flow statements. Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and financial institutions. Implement and maintain efficient financial systems and processes across the group. Ensure compliance with all taxation, BAS, superannuation, and payroll obligations. Support the CEO and management team with strategic financial insights. Assist with forecasting, asset management, and funding applications. About You You are detail‑oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑entity environment. You bring a hands‑on approach to financial management and the ability to balance operational detail with big‑picture financial strategy. Qualifications & Experience Degree‑level qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in an accounts management or senior bookkeeping role. Proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software. Strong understanding of multi‑entity and intercompany accounting. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative leadership team. Current Australian residency with full working rights.
