Part-Time Clinical Practice Lead – Mental Health

GPH operations cover a large regional geographical footprint in NSW and ACT. About the position As a Clinical Practice Lead, provide clinical support to our multidisciplinary teams delivering mental health services through the MyRecovery Service. In this role, you will ensure efficient, safe, high-quality service aligned with best practice guidelines. Working closely with the Service Manager, MyRecovery & AOD, and external stakeholders, this position will also develop recovery-focused and evidence-based psychosocial services that achieve positive outcomes for our consumers. You can be based from any of our GPH hubs in South-East NSW including Wollongong, Nowra, Moruya, Bega, Queanbeyan, or Goulburn. This opportunity is available part time (30 hours per week), fixed term to 30 June 2027 with possibility of extension. We are looking for someone with: Current full AHPRA registration as a clinical psychologist, registered psychologist, or occupational therapist (accredited in mental health), or accreditation with the AASW as a mental health social worker Minimum 2 years post graduate experience in mental health service delivery Demonstrated advanced clinical experience in assessments, intervention planning, and referrals Proven leadership experience in a multidisciplinary team setting Flexible work arrangements to find your best work life balance Continuous learning and development opportunities Regular supervision and support Increase your take home pay with salary packaging of up to $15,900 in living expenses and an additional benefit of up to $2,650 in meals and entertainment We make a positive difference to the lives of those we support Interested?
