Technical Lead Middleware System Engineer Job Description: Australian Citizens With NV1 Clearance residing in Australia only respond Contract start ASAP to 30 June 2023, Possible extensions. The ideal candidate would have extensive experience in technical team leadership, IBM-based middleware technologies (including Datapower, Message Queue, Message Broker), Tivoli-based identity and access management technologies, and micro services. Technical expertise IBM Integration Bus (ACE) MQ Series Datapower Windows Server / Active Directory administrator Full stack infrastructure experience Network administration Websphere Application Server IBM Security Identity Manager IBM Security Access Manager DB2 API Microservices Responsibilities Core Responsibilities The Technical Lead is responsible for providing technical leadership for sustainment of the customers integration backbone environments including development and deployment of improvements to the capability. The Technical Lead provides subject matter expertise in the investigation and resolution of issues as well as in cultivating growth in the talent of the team. The Technical Lead will work closely with the DXC projects team as well as non-DXC project teams in ensuring new deployments are successful. Your specific duties will include: Train and develop team members Create/maintain/review ICT documentation technical and operational Plan, design and develop solution enhancements to existing capability Review and quality assurance for solutions received from projects Provide operational support for IBM Middleware suites including MQ, Message Broker, ISIM/ISAM running Linux and Windows operating systems Deploying MQ, Message Broker/IIB/ACE, WAS and DataPower artefacts in a complex and secured environment Provide automating and scripting application installation and customisation Provide support for PKI Certificate management Support onboarding of new Webservices consumers Provide 24/7 on call support on a roster basis Additional Responsibilities Manage ITIL service management responsibilities including incident management and change management Contribute to teams management of ITIL service management responsibilities, ensuring a SIAM-compliant work environment for incident and change management Adhere to Defence and system security policies and constraints Contribute to weekly reporting Education Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field well regarded Other Qualities/Qualifications Architectural framework qualifications well regarded IBM Middleware product training and certification well regarded Good analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a team environment Required Skills: Websphere Project Teams Network Administration Incident Management Onboarding Assurance Microservices ITIL Investigation Windows Server Active Directory Operating Systems Change Management Team Leadership Quality Assurance Infrastructure Integration Computer Science Security Linux Windows Education Administration Documentation Leadership Design Science Training Management #J-18808-Ljbffr
