Senior Officer, Recovery - Emergency Services Full time hours Maximum term position for two years Overview Red Cross aims to ensure communities are strong and resilient and have the capacity to anticipate, respond to, and recover from disasters. We take a psychosocial support approach to emergency management providing resources, services, expertise and humanitarian advocacy and influence, to support and strengthen the capacity individuals and communities in need. We’re looking for a solutions focussed Senior Officer, Recovery to help design and deliver recovery programs that strengthen community resilience after disasters. You’ll bring your skills in report and grant writing, analytical and creative problem-solving skills to guide disaster recovery programming. You’re a natural communicator and team player — someone who values collaboration, continuous learning, and contributing to a positive, supportive culture as part of a small dynamic team.
