About the Opportunity We are seeking a Works Supervisor to ensure service excellence for a large‑scale social housing contract by efficiently coordinating, managing, and monitoring subcontractor performance of facility management service delivery for a large‑scale social housing contract. This role aims to guarantee the safe, timely, and client‑desired delivery of all necessary works, meeting both Programmed Facility Management (PFM) and client quality standards. This permanent, full‑time role based in Orange NSW, plays a crucial part in the delivery of facility management and contributing to important services for the community. Nature of the position Full‑time Location Dubbo, NSW Reporting Line Service Delivery Manager Key Responsibilities Ensure professional service delivery meeting client satisfaction. Communicate work updates and commencement dates to customers and service teams. Coordinate works management from planning to completion. Review work status and monitor project expenditure against budgets. Ensure safe, successful, and profitable work outcomes. Assess OH&S resources and requirements before work commencement. Communicate work requirements, plans, and timelines to staff. Oversee timely resolution of site issues and champion safety culture and compliance. About You To be successful in this role, you will have experience in building trades/services or facilities management (or similar) in a supervisor, management, or planning/scheduling position. You will have a ‘can‑do’ attitude, natural ability for people engagement and passion for excellent service delivery. Demonstrated knowledge of building and construction – desirable. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management and prioritisation skills. Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint).
