Our Pastoral Care volunteers build trusted and meaningful relationships with our seniors, journeying alongside them to support their participation and wellbeing through pastoral and spiritual engagement. As a valued volunteer, this fulfilling role will see you assist our dedicated Chaplaincy team in providing person‑centred care that meets the emotional, social and spiritual needs of our residents. Pastoral Care Helpers require active participation in, and recognition from, a church community with a willingness to operate within Bethanie's theological approach, founded in the teaching of Churches of Christ. Express your interest today Category: Seniors & Aged Care Commitment: Regular – more than 6 months Time Required: We are seeking a volunteer with availability on Tuesday and/or Thursdays mornings from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm or part thereof (e.g., 9:45 am to 11:45 am) for a minimum commitment of six months. Training: Volunteers undertake online Infection Control, NDIS Worker Orientation, and Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards training as well as an on‑site induction prior to commencement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
