These Team Leader roles provide clinical and operational leadership across Case Management, Intake and ACIS, and the Intensive Support Program. Each role plays a critical part in maintaining safe service flow, supporting staff capability, and delivering high-quality, recovery-oriented care. As a Team Leader, you will support clinicians managing complex presentations, provide guidance on risk and clinical decision-making, and oversee day-to-day service delivery within your function. You will work closely with Program Manager and multidisciplinary teams to ensure practice aligns with the Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022 and organisational requirements. Qualifications Senior clinical experience in public community mental health Demonstrated leadership capability in complex, high-demand environments Strong understanding of risk management, service flow and multidisciplinary care Experience supporting and supervising clinicians across varied functions Appointments will be made to specific functions based on experience and service needs.
