The Role: Concrete Sales Account Manager Permanent full-time position with a competitive salary + superannuation Fully maintained vehicle and phone provided Manage concrete sales throughout Greater Sydney - North, South, East, and West Develop and implement a strategic customer contact plan Build lasting relationships and convert opportunities to fuel business growth Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers Actively generate and convert new leads to expand the customer base Execute a structured and strategic call plan for effective account management Contribute to a positive and high-performing team culture Identify new business opportunities and follow them through to conversion Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner Represent and promote our client's brand and product offering Ensure customer data and records are accurate and up-to-date Work closely with internal departments to enhance the overall customer experience About You: Demonstrated success in B2B sales, ideally within the construction or building materials industry Strong skills in identifying and securing new business opportunities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on adding value to customers Collaborative and team-oriented, with a strong work ethic Solid understanding of how to build and maintain customer relationships through effective communication #J-18808-Ljbffr
