This is not a desk job. As Depot Manager, you'll be at the heart of day-to-day operations – managing people, freight, safety, and equipment to keep everything running smoothly and on time. You'll be responsible for: Overseeing daily depot operations and team performance Leading from the front – loading/unloading, dispatch, and fleet coordination Ensuring compliance with safety and transport regulations Managing inventory, reporting, and depot maintenance Building a strong team culture focused on accountability and results What We’re Looking For Proven experience in depot, transport, or warehouse management Strong leadership skills with a hands‑on, “lead by example” attitude Sound knowledge of logistics, freight handling, and safety standards Forklift licence (required), MR/HR licence (preferred) Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities Why Join Us?
