Jenner & Co is retained by one of its repeat transport clients to source their new Depot Manager in Sydney. Working closely with a highly experienced and knowledgeable COO, you will have full oversight of the Sydney depot of circa 40 staff. In this role you will be driving cost effective and efficient operations while building strong relationships with customers to meet and exceed their expectations. Start Time: 10-11am daily. Key Responsibilities Proven experience in a similar role within the transport expressindustry. Oversee the Sydney Depot staff, plan and allocate requirements for incoming and outgoing freight Be able to work both autonomously andin a team environment Liaise & manage company and sub-contractor drivers Clearunderstanding of all COR legislative requirements for the safe transport and handling of freight as well asNHVAS regulations Solution focused Strong attention to detail andeffective time management to meet deadlines Strong customer leadership and customer focus Understanding of KPI's (Vehicle Utilisation etc) Demonstrated knowledge of Dangerous Goods Code and fatigue management Understanding of vehicle mass limits Positive and proactive approach #J-18808-Ljbffr
